When can I collect my order?

We will let you know when you can collect your order from one of our OCPs or our stores. We will always aim at having your order ready to collect within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.

It is very simple!

When you have placed your order online or in store, you will choose or be given a date where the order is expected to be available for you to collect. We always aim to be as speedy as possible, so this will usually be between 24 and 48 hours of placing your order.

On the date you have chosen, the Order and Collection Point will let you know when your order is ready to collect.​​​​​​​ We ask that you collect your order on the date you have chosen, or collect as soon as possible after that.

We will hold onto your items for up to three days in our stores, and your items will be held for seven days if you collect from an external collection point.
