I bought a gateway and a light bulb, I cannot seem to find the light bulb with the TRÅDFRI gateway?

You will need a steering device in order to add a light source to the TRÅDFRI gateway.

 

You need one of the steering devices in the TRÅDFRI series (remote control, wireless dimmer or wireless motion sensor) in order to connect your light sources with the gateway and the app.

There is a step-by-step guide on how to do this in the IKEA Home smart app.
