Billie is best at helping you with checking your order status, giving you the opening hours of IKEA stores, rescheduling deliveries and reporting missing or damaged items from your delivery.

After speaking with Billie, you may be asked to provide feedback on how well she is doing. We really value your opinion and will use this to train and improve Billie.
