Billie is our IKEA chatbot, available for 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have.
Billie is best at helping you with checking your order status, giving you the opening hours of IKEA stores, rescheduling deliveries and reporting missing or damaged items from your delivery.
You can speak to Billie on our contact us page.
After speaking with Billie, you may be asked to provide feedback on how well she is doing. We really value your opinion and will use this to train and improve Billie.
