Are there any limitations for parcel delivery?
There is a minimum order value for parcel deliveries. Some products require a certain number of items to be delivered, and some fragile products will not be available for parcel delivery.
At IKEA, we're committed to offering great value in a responsible way. To ensure our delivery service remains affordable and accessible for the many people, we're introducing a €20 minimum order value for parcel deliveries.
Some products will be available for parcel delivery in pre-set quantities, and certain fragile items will only be available through Click & Collect at a store, to ensure safe handling and a better experience. For smaller orders below the minimum value, Click & Collect at a store remains available, our most affordable option to shop online and pick up at your convenience.
When purchasing online, you will see available delivery options based on your shopping basket. In stores, our staff will help you find available delivery options.
