I created a Family Card account but it won’t let me log into the website. What should I do?
Please visit the IKEA Family page on our website, and make an account using the email account that you used to create your account.
We're sorry to hear this. This is often because when you create an IKEA Family account, an online account is not automatically created. To create an online account please visit the IKEA Family page, and press the 'Join IKEA Family' button to make a profile. If the email address used to create an online account is the same as the email address used to create the IKEA Family account, they will automatically link together!
