I've lost my receipt. What do I do?

If you are an IKEA Family member and swiped your card at checkout, you should be able to get a digital copy of your receipt through your online account.

Alternatively, you can visit customer services in store, please take the details from your bank statement and they may be able to locate a copy for you.
