I've lost my receipt. What do I do?
If you are an IKEA Family member and swiped your card at checkout, you should be able to get a digital copy of your receipt through your online account.

If you are an IKEA Family member or an IKEA Business Network customer, you can find your receipts and invoices online by logging into your account and navigating your Purchase History. Invoices are also attached to your order confirmation email.
