I've lost my receipt. What do I do?
If you are an IKEA Family member and swiped your card at checkout, you should be able to get a digital copy of your receipt through your online account.
We're very sorry to hear about this. If you are an IKEA Family member, and remembered to swipe your card at checkout, there should be a digital copy of your receipt online, you can log in and view it here.
Alternatively, you can visit customer services in store, please take the details from your bank statement and they may be able to locate a copy for you.
