How to make a claim at IKEA

We have made our IKEA claims process quick, easy and accessible. We want to hear from you if you experience any quality or other product or service issues.

Whether you bought your IKEA product or service online or in a store, you can always either call us or come to the store to submit a claim. Please have your receipt at hand to make the process smoother. If you are missing something from a delivery you have received, have your order confirmation and/or delivery note at hand.

If your feedback concerns a product with a defect or damage, we ask you to provide us proof of purchase, pictures and information about the product according to the description
