How have you taken disabled people into account in your department stores?
Our stores are accessible with parking near entrances, large elevators, and wide aisles. Wheelchairs are available for loan.
In our department stores, parking spaces are close to entry ways, elevators are large and corridors are wide. Our department stores also have a few wheelchairs to borrow. Wheelchairs can be found locked at the entrance: there is a children's playground nearby where you can ask for a key. If the playground is closed, the key can be found at the customer service point of the department store.
