When will I receive an appointment for my ordered assembly and installation?
That depends on who you booked the assembly with.
Assembly via Task Rabbit:
The Tasker will contact you via chat to discuss all the details of your appointment. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled assembly service.
Assembly via IKEA:
Once you have booked the assembly service, an appointment will be arranged within 48 hours. Our service partner will then contact you approximately 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to give you a more precise arrival time.
The delivery date will be sent to you directly after your order in the order confirmation.
