When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive your order confirmation by e-mail after receipt of payment. Please also check your junk/spam folder.
You will receive the payment link in a separate email.
The confirmation email of your payment will be sent within two hours of successful payment. Check your chosen payment method to ensure that the payment has been completed and not just reserved.
The order confirmation contains an order number that you can use to track your order on the IKEA website.
