What happens to my loyalty bonus if my order is canceled by IKEA?
Sometimes it's necessary to cancel and reorder an order, either due to a system error that prevented the order from progressing or due to another issue.
In this case, the points will be credited back to the points account.
If you have collected enough points, all available loyalty bonuses will automatically be displayed in your profile. You can then select your loyalty bonus. You can only use one coupon per purchase online or in the IKEA app.
