What happens to my loyalty points when I return products?
If you've earned points for a purchase and later return products, the corresponding number of points will be automatically deducted from your IKEA Family points balance (in some cases, this may result in a negative balance) and will be updated after 24-48 hours.
Please also show your IKEA Family card with your proof of purchase when returning so that the adjustment of points can be assigned.
Here's an example: You make a purchase worth 32 euros (receive 6 points for it) and then return a product worth 10 euros. There are 4 points left on your IKEA Family account after deducting 2 points.
Don't worry, no points will be lost even if you return them.
