When will my order be delivered?

The delivery of a parcel can be delayed by up to two days. Please check the status in the shipment tracking. Delivery by the parcel carrier takes place at the usual local times.

For many forwarding deliveries, we offer tracking of the delivery vehicle in the shipment tracking system on the day of delivery.

 

  • How can I get a large order delivered?

    We arrange truck deliveries to make sure all your purchases reach you.

  • Where can I find my order number?

    There are several ways to locate your order number depending on how you made the purchase. It can be found on your email confirmation, order form or on an invoice.

  • What can I do if my gift card order has not arrived after five working days?

    Please accept our apologies that your gift card has not yet arrived.We will be happy to check your order for you, please send your request and a copy of your order confirmation email to [email protected].

  • When will points appear on my IKEA Family profile?

    Points can take 24 to 48 hours to appear on your profile after completing a purchase or interaction.

    No, it is not possible to further narrow down the time slot.
