How do I end a charging process at the Mer charging station?

Depending on which medium you use for loading, you will end your process.

 

App:

  • Select the charging process that is still running in the app and end it with a swipe to the left. You can then disconnect your car from the charging station.

Ad-Hoc:

  • Select the current charging process and end it with a swipe to the left. You can then disconnect your car from the charging station

Roaming card:

  • Simply hold the roaming card up to the RFID reader and authenticate yourself. Select “Exit” on the charging station display. You can then disconnect your vehicle from the charging station.

Contactless:

  • Hold the medium you used to start the charging process in front of the RFID reader and authenticate yourself. Select “Finish” on the charging station display. You can then disconnect your vehicle from the charging station.

Registration with Mer:

  • Download the Mer Connect ME app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple). After installing the app, click on Register and enter the required personal data.
