How do I activate the Shop & Go function?
With Shop & Go, you can easily scan your purchase yourself and pay faster.
- Open the IKEA app on your smartphone.
- Scan a Shop & Go QR code in the entrance area of the store. The store will then be automatically selected and you can get started right away.
- Alternatively you can also activate Shop & Go directly in the app. To do this, tap the scan icon next to the search bar and select your store.
To use Shop & Go, you need the latest IKEA app. You should also allow the app to access the camera so that product and QR codes can be scanned.
