Where can I find my voucher code?

You can find the 19-digit code for our promotional cards, prepaid cards and gift cards at the bottom left of the back of your card.

You can find out the amount of your credit at the checkout of your IKEA store.

Or you can simply use the credit query .

  • Log in with your IKEA profile.
  • Enter the last 13 digits of your card number and the pin code of your card. 
  • You now know the credit/remaining balance on your card.
