Why haven't I received an IKEA Family birthday voucher?
If you are an IKEA Family member, we will send you a special birthday voucher by email on your big day – but you can only see it if you have signed up for the newsletter.
We send the voucher by email to cardholders and registered children up to their 17th birthday. Due to internal processes, the data must be entered in the profile 4 weeks before the birthday.
The validity is stated in the text of the coupon. Don't forget to keep an eye on your junk folder – sometimes treasures end up there too.
You can check the data entered in your profile and adjust it if necessary.
If the data is correct and you still haven't received a voucher, simply contact us via our chat.
As an IKEA Family member, you and your registered children will receive a birthday voucher. There are also great offers and promotions waiting for you. As a Family member, you will receive vouchers for some promotions, which you can then redeem in the store or online.
