I did the setup, but Control Anywhere doesn't work. What can I do?
There can be several reasons why Control Anywhere is not working: - Make sure you have an internet connection via either Wi-Fi or mobile phone (3G/4G/5G). - Make sure Control Anywhere is enabled in the IKEA Home smart app.
- You are connected to the DIRIGERA Hub when you use the IKEA Home smart app on your home Wi-Fi.
- You have successfully authenticated yourself with your email address.
- Make sure you have the DIRIGERA Hub version 2.313.3 or higher and the latest version of the IKEA Home smart app.
