I've done the setup but Control Anywhere is not working. What can I do?
There can be various reasons to why Control Anywhere isn't working for you: - Ensure you have internet connection either via Wi-Fi or mobile (3G/4G/5G). - Ensure you have Control Anywhere enabled in IKEA Home smart app.

- Ensure you have internet connection either via Wi-Fi or mobile (3G/4G/5G).
- Ensure you have Control Anywhere enabled. If not, please follow these instructions:
1. You are connected to DIRIGERA hub when using IKEA Home smart app inside your home wi-fi.
2. You have successfully authenticated yourself via email address.
3. Ensure you have DIRIGERA hub version 2.313.3. or higher and the latest IKEA Home smart app version.
If you still struggle, please use the Help&Support-centre (under settings) in the IKEA Home smart app to reach out to your local IKEA customer support center.
