Discounts and benefits
Once a year we send loyal and active IKEA Family members a surprise as a thank you to the e-mail listed in their profile.
In the restaurant, there's always one main course available at a discounted price for IKEA Family members. A discount also applies to selected Swedish specialties in the shop. The offer of discounted items changes every month.
Every month we offer a new selection of discounted products for IKEA Family members. You can find the product list at www.ikea.com/cz/en/offers/family-offers/
If you use your IKEA Family card while paying at an IKEA store or online, you'll find all your receipts saved digitally on your profile. There's no need to store paper receipts at home any more.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 365 days without giving a reason. The digital receipt makes it all much easier. If you return unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging, we will refund you the full purchase price using the same payment method you used for the original payment. If the products you want to return have been assembled or the packaging is damaged, IKEA has the right to reject the return or refund you only part of the original price.
If you damage something while transporting or assembling goods yourself, we'll exchange it for you within 14 days of purchase. If the whole product is damaged, you will get your refund on a digital refund or refund card. If you damage a component of a product, we'll find a spare part for you. This is conditional on you having scanned your IKEA Family card at the time of purchase.
If the product was damaged through the services ordered from IKEA, you'll have to submit a claim. If you've damaged the product while assembling it yourself, but we delivered it, "Oops, Something Happened" applies from the day on which you received the goods.
No. The installation of customised worktops requires a certain amount of specialist knowledge. If you damage the worktop during installation, we can't exchange it.
This benefit does not apply to meter fabrics, used goods (discounted, Second Life of Furniture), Christmas trees, appliances, the purchase of IKEA Gift Cards or purchases in the IKEA cafe, bistro, Swedish shop, or the IKEA restaurant.
We've arranged discounts with our commercial partners for IKEA Family members. You can find out how to claim the discounts after logging in to your profile.
