DIY: Advent calendar for children with @lena_living

What you’ll need:

For the Christmas tree look

  • A VINTERFINT wall decoration

  • A STRÅLA evergreen garland, artificial, 400 cm with a string of LEDs, battery powered

  • Wire

  • Pliers

  • Scissors

For the decoration

  • VINTERFINT gift bag set, including numbers
  • VINTERFINT hanging decoration
  • VINTERFINT gift ribbon 

Now, let’s make it:

1. The tree

  • Wrap the VINTERFINT wall decoration with the garland and fasten with the wire.
  • You can hide the battery compartment in the garland.
  • Hang the tree on the wall (such as with a nail).

2. Stick labels onto the bags

  • Put stick-on numbers on the 24 bags. 

3. Pack the presents

  • Pack surprises in the bags. 

3. Hanging things up

  • Distribute the gift bags around the tree and decorate it with tree ornaments.  
  • Now you’re done!
