Rent a trailer
Most of our products are conveniently flat-packed, so you can easily take them home. If your purchases don’t fit in your car, we’ll be happy to rent you a trailer at the store. After paying for your purchase, you can rent a trailer at the customer service desk.
This service is available at the following stores:

Praha Černý Most
Praha Zličín
Terms of service
To rent a trailer, you need to show your driving licence, identity card and the technical certificate of the vehicle you will use. Show proof of purchase at an IKEA store at the customer service desk. Your purchase must exceed 1 meter in at least one dimension (height, length or width).
The service can only be used on the day of purchase.
Good to know:
- Trailers are picked up and returned at the IKEA store
- Trailer can only be rented on the day of purchase
- If you cannot recycle the packaging material from our products, you can bring it back to us, and we will recycle it for you
- The most common adapter plugs available to rent on site
Price list
The trailer rental price is 100 per hour.
The price for IKEA Family members is 50 per hour.
