You can pick up your order at a department store, pick-up box, pick-up point or one of the 7,800 PPL Parcelshops. Details on prices, delivery time, maximum package dimensions, location of pick-up points, etc., can be found below. The available Click-to-Collect options will appear automatically in the ordering process.

After entering your zip code, choose an available pickup method.
Choose an available pickup time and complete your order.
We’ll notify you when we’re done.
During the time period, arrive at the selected pick-up location.
Pick up your order and you're ready to go to a nicer home.

Good to know

Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available slots are displayed with online payment.
If you can't order at your desired IKEA store, try picking up at a pick-up point or PPL Parcel Shop and Box, remove the unavailable product from the cart or order later when everything is in stock.
Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
Decide in advance who will collect your order. You can only list an alternate collector while placing your order.

Frequently asked questions.

In your Order History, find your order and check the status of your order. If the order has already been received at the pick-up point, it is possible to pick it up. In the order information, you will also find out the date and time you have chosen to pick up the shipment.

If you have an order with pick-up at a pick-up point, it will be ready for you to pick up on the selected day and time. You will receive information that your order is ready for collection in the form of an SMS. We recommend that you adhere to the agreed time for pickup.

If you have an order with pick-up at a department store, the order will be ready for you on the date you receive in the order confirmation after it has been paid.

If you have your order ready in the IKEA Pick-up Box, wait for an SMS with a PIN code to be sent to pick up the shipment.

To pick up an order in IKEA stores, it is necessary to have the order number with you and know the name of the person who is listed in the order, in the case of picking up in the BOX, it is necessary to have a PIN.
The best way to confirm your order is to add the product to your shopping cart. Once the system checks at checkout to see if there is enough quantity to complete the purchase, the order will be processed. Since other customers can also add the selected product to their shopping cart, we can only confirm the final stock after you go "to checkout" – i.e. the order processing process.

A Click-to-Collect order cannot be completed if only "low stock" of the product is available. Due to timing, they may not be available at the time of picking and we want to avoid any inconvenience. We recommend trying a different collection point. Please also note that each pick-up point falls under a specific IKEA store from which it takes the goods.
