The price of the service starts at CZK 29 and you can pick up your order at an IKEA store, in a pick-up box or at one of the many pick-up points.

Click & Collect options and pricing
You can pick up your order at a department store, pick-up box, pick-up point or one of the 7,800 PPL Parcelshops. Details on prices, delivery time, maximum package dimensions, location of pick-up points, etc., can be found below. The available Click-to-Collect options will appear automatically in the ordering process.
Pick up at an IKEA store from 29 CZK
- For IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members: 29 CZK
- Regular price: 99 CZK
- The availability of the service will be displayed in your shopping cart.
- Approximate delivery time: 1 to 3 days.
- Maximum package size and weight without restrictions.
- This service is not available for the Zličín department store.
Click and pick up in your city from 99 CZK
- For IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members: from 99 CZK
- Regular price: from 299 CZK

- The price depends on the pickup location.
- Maximum package size and weight without restrictions.
Pick-up at a PPL pick-up point from 49 CZK
- For IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members for purchases over 1,500 CZK price 49 CZK
- Regular price: 119 CZK
- The availability of the service will be displayed in your shopping cart.
- Maximum package weight: up to 30kg.
How Click & Collect works
- Put your selected goods into the online shopping cart.
- After entering your zip code, choose an available pickup method.
- Choose an available pickup time and complete your order.
- We’ll notify you when we’re done.
- During the time period, arrive at the selected pick-up location.
- Pick up your order and you're ready to go to a nicer home.
Good to know
- Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available slots are displayed with online payment.
- If you can't order at your desired IKEA store, try picking up at a pick-up point or PPL Parcel Shop and Box, remove the unavailable product from the cart or order later when everything is in stock.
- Consider package dimensions and weights, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
- Decide in advance who will collect your order. You can only list an alternate collector while placing your order.
- Bring a helping hand to load your goods.
- Want an order update? If you have an order confirmation number, you can track your order.
