We make it easy for you to collect your order. The Lockers are located just outside of the IKEA stores.

Most items will be available for collection within 48 hours of placing your order.
How it works
Step-by-step instructions for Locker pickup:
1. Shop Online
Choose the products you want, place them in the shopping bag. Then select the Click & Collect service and choose the option Collect in IKEA store. In the right part of the screen, choose the option to pick up the products in an IKEA Locker. Choose the collection time that fits you and finish your online purchase.
2. SMS
As soon as your order is ready, we will send you an SMS with a unique code for pick up of the order.
3. Pick up your order
Prepare the code for collection of your order. Enter it on the screen. Done! The door will open and the order is yours. Enjoy your new products!
Once you took the goods from the lockers, please close the door.
