How to make a claim at IKEA
We have made our IKEA claims process quick, easy and accessible. We want to hear from you if you experience any quality or other product or service issues.
Whether you bought your IKEA product or service online or in a store, you can always either contact us or come to the store to submit a claim. Please have your receipt at hand to make the process smoother. If you are missing something from a delivery you have received, have your order confirmation and/or delivery note at hand.
I am submitting a claim about an electronic/gas appliance
Although our appliances have Swedish names, the original suppliers are Electrolux, Whirlpool, Bosh, Midea and Arcelik/Beko. They also provide after-sales service and services related to claims. And how do I go about it?
Prepare proof of purchase, which is required for guarantee-based claims. Find more about the guarantee.
Copy the five-digit serial number, product number and ten to twelve-digit serial number found above and below the barcode of your appliance. More information where to find it.
Contact a service centre based on the first two digits or the whole number:

I am returning a BYGGLEK product
The BYGGLEK series was created in collaboration with LEGO. After-sales service related to BYGGLEK cubes is provided by LEGO.
