How to make a claim

Whether you are complaining about a product, service or appliance, read how to proceed in each case, what to prepare for and not to forget. However, each claim may be a little different, so we approach each one individually and always look for the best solution just for you. You can easily submit a claim about a product or service online. After submitting the form, we will send you a confirmation and inform you about the next steps soon.

The IKEA store

If you want to settle your claim as quickly as possible, come to the IKEA store. Don't forget to bring receipt and the entire product, including fittings.

You can also file a claim together with our employees over the phone. The customer support centre is available from Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 19:00.
