Product returns
We provide 365 cooling-off days for all IKEA products, during which you can return any unused product. Whether open, unopened, or assembled. All you have to do is present proof of payment when returning.

Guarantee
We provide a standard 2-year guarantee on most IKEA products. For some products, we offer an extended guarantee of 5 to 25 years. Find out what guarantee applies to your product.
Spare Parts
Are you missing a screw or other parts? You don't have to return the product or make a complaint. You can easily order replacement parts to be delivered to your home or pick them up at an IKEA store.
