Only mounting parts and fasteners such as screws, nails, washers, some types of feet, etc. can be ordered through this online service. This applies only to spare parts with a six-digit number in the installation instructions.
The individual sets of numbers define a different colour of the spare part (so that the colour is similar to the colour of the product). Therefore, when entering the spare part number, select your preferred colour as described in the ordering system.
Ordering spare parts is free of charge. You will not pay for the spare parts or for delivery.
Spare parts can be ordered in the usual quantity specified in the assembly instructions for the product.
Spare parts are intended for customers who have damaged, lost or did not have the items in the product packaging. To purchase a bigger volume, visit the website for Bargain corner or the Customer Service Department at the IKEA store.
Do you need to order a part for a product that is no longer in the IKEA range?
Such a spare part can only be obtained in person at the IKEA store in the Bargain corner or at the Customer Service Department. A sample or photo of the product and spare part will help us with easier identification.
The spare parts will be delivered no more than 14 days from the day on which the order is placed.
It is not possible to order from abroad. Spare parts must be ordered from the country in which you live.
You can return unused spare parts to the Customer Service Department in the IKEA store, where we will ensure their further use. No refunds are given for returned spare parts.
Please contact us on the customer helpline so that we can check the order and agree on the next steps. Please note that delivery takes approximately 14 days.
This type of spare part can only be obtained in person in the Customer Service Department at an IKEA store. Unfortunately, we are unable to check the availability of this type of part as it is not subject to system records.
The spare part order will be delivered via Czech Post.
The address can no longer be changed after creating the order.
The order cannot be cancelled. You can bring spare parts the next time you visit the IKEA store in the customer service department.
