It is currently possible to pay with VISA and MasterCard payment cards,Paypal, Apple pay, or via GoPay simplified bank transfer.
It is not possible to pay for on–line purchases via bank transfer.
Purchases on–line can also be paid for with a gift and refund card, which has a 4- digit PIN on its reverse side or with digital refund card, which is send with activation/redemption code.
Yes, the price of goods bought online is the same as the price of goods in stores. However, the price for services must be added to the price of the goods, namely for the pick up of goods, and also for delivery, if ordered online by the customer.
The following services are connected with shopping online:
- Click & Collect - the customer orders the goods and pays online for the goods and pick up. After receiving confirmation that the order is ready for pick up, the customer picks them up at the store, Pick up Point, or an external PPL Parcel shop at the chosen date and time.
- Delivery - when ordering this service, the customer does not have to go to the store; they pay for the goods, pick up and delivery according to the price list of the relevant store online, and the goods are delivered to their house, flat or company at the requested time.
Yes, it is possible; just enter the data of the person who is authorised to pick up the goods when filling in the order.
We have had to remove some items from the online shopping offer. These are:
- live flowers,
- products which are not part of the usual offer,
- custom sofas, custom desks,
- goods where it is possible to choose from several colours under a single product number,
- oriental rugs,
- limited-edition collections,
- seasonal collections - for example Christmas offers,
- Christmas trees,
- and food.
There may be various reasons why your payment was unsuccessful. You can always contact your bank with a question about a specific payment. The withdrawal form is part of the e-mail that the customer receives when paying for their order. The customer can cancel the order by e-mail, telephone or in person. The full value of the order will be refunded to the customer within 14 days, subject to the contractual conditions. If a customer has any questions about the cancellation or change of an order, they can contact the IKEA Customer Support Centre.
Customers can return goods without giving a reason up to 365 days following purchase.
After paying for an order for goods online, it is no longer possible to add additional goods to the order.
