IKEA is not just a product store, but a whole business concept. That is why we only sell IKEA products in stores that have been licensed by Inter IKEA Systems B.V.
IKEA products are sold exclusively in stores managed according to the IKEA Retail System and which hold a licence issued by Inter IKEA Systems B.V., based in the Netherlands. Licences are granted following careful consideration of the company's further development. Candidates applying for a license are carefully screened and assessed. Only companies with a strong financial background and excellent retail results will receive a license.
