What happens to my used returned piece of furniture during the "IKEA Second Life" service?

We will check your piece of furniture and then mark it with the note "IKEA Second Life".

As part of the "IKEA Second Life" service, the piece of furniture that you have brought back to us will be checked by us, awarded the purchase price and marked with the note "IKEA Second Life". We sell it at the location you took it to, in the "Second Life Shop". In this way, your piece of furniture gets a second life and you have made a contribution to conserving the resources of our planet.
