Why are PAX wardrobes not accepted through IKEA Second Life?

PAX wardrobes are individually planned and customised, which is why they cannot be accepted through IKEA Second Life.

Because of the many configuration options, every PAX system is unique and may not suit another customer.

WHY ARE PAX SYSTEMS EXCLUDED?

PAX wardrobes can be customised in many ways, including:

✓ size and setup
✓ doors and fronts
✓ interior fittings
✓ colours and combinations

This creates highly individual solutions that cannot easily be resold in a standardised way.

For this reason, customised PAX systems are not accepted through the IKEA Second Life service.

Other suitable IKEA furniture items can still be evaluated and returned through IKEA Second Life.
