Why is used PAX furniture not taken back as part of the "IKEA Second Life" service?
Our PAX wardrobe is individually designed, which means that we do not take it back.
Our PAX wardrobe can be individually designed. On the one hand, this gives you the freedom to combine them in a way that suits you, but that's exactly why they're not suitable for everyone. That's why we don't take back this individually assembled furniture system in our "IKEA Second Life" service.
