How can I check if an IKEA product is eligible for parcel delivery?

Find out how to check whether your IKEA product can be delivered by parcel or requires truck delivery, including delivery costs shown at checkout.

The easiest way is to check directly in your shopping cart at checkout. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout — your available delivery options will be shown automatically.

How it works:

  1. Add the product to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to checkout.
  3. You will see:
  • Whether parcel delivery is available
  • Or if the item requires truck delivery
  • The delivery costs before completing your purchase

Good to know:

  • On the product page, you can review the dimensions and weight of the item.
  • Not all products can be shipped as a parcel, even if the size and weight would allow it.
  • If you order multiple items, your entire delivery may be handled by a shipping company (truck delivery).
