Creative and flexible solution for condominium living
In 2021, IKEA Thailand collaborated with AP Thailand, a leading residential developer on a mission to EMPOWER LIVING, to design flexible and functional solutions for ASPIRE Rattanathibet-Weston condominium residence project in Nonthaburi. The design solutions were aimed to help improve everyday life for living, leisure, and well-being while also accommodating work-from-home needs. The condo project consists one-bedroom units sized 30.50 sq.m. and 2-bedroom units sized 45 sq.m.
As part of the project, IKEA designed and implemented two show units at the ASPIRE Rattanathibet-Weston sales gallery. Condominium buyers were eligible to receive IKEA gift cards as a part of AP’s promotional incentive. Following the campaign, IKEA for Business team handed-over the first batch of IKEA gift cards with the total value of over 10 million Baht to be given to AP customers in April 2023.
The essence of the model for our multi-functional space under the concept that ensures sustainable, flexible, creative space design will be present in our new-look ASPIRE condo brand from now on. Those are just some of what makes our collaborative initiative special as AP and IKEA Thailand seek to create new experiences, new feelings and new atmospheres inside the living units, starting at the new flagship condo ASPIRE Rattanathibet-Weston.”
