To qualify for IKEA parcel delivery, the order must be up to a weight of 25 kg and a maximum length per item of 1.5 meters or a total volume of up to 76 litres.

Delivery is 3-4 business days for Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Nonthaburi, and Pathumthani, and 7 business days for other provinces.
No delivery areas: Narathiwat, Pattani, Yala, Ko Sichang (Chonburi), Ko Yao (Phangnga), Ko Kut (Trat), Ko Tao (Surat Thani), Ko Phi Phi (Krabi)

Delivery for Bangkok and its vicinity will be between 1 to 7 days and for other provinces will be between 3 to 14 days based on the availability slots.
If there is no lift in the building or the packages cannot fit appropriately in the lift

Additional fees of 50 THB*/bulky item/floor will be applied starting from the 5th floor onwards.

The 8th floor is the highest floor where delivery service will be provided.

We offer a combined in-store picking and delivery service if you would prefer to sit back, relax and let us do the heavy lifting for you. Simply place your order with one of our co-workers in-store. (We’re waiving our 200 THB picking fee which applies for truck delivery).

We’re waiving our 100 THB picking fee which applies for truck deliveries.

Please ensure that you have obtained entry permit from your condo/gated residences. For failure to enter, re-delivery charges will apply.

Please note that during major holiday season (Songkran, Father’s Day, Christmas, New Year, etc.), please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time due to high peak of orders.

If you would like to modify the scheduled date and time for your truck delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours before the original delivery date to avoid additional charges.

Click & Collect

Buy online and choose to pick it up at the following location

IKEA Bangna, IKEA Bang Yai and IKEA Sukhumvit: Free of charge
Pick up in stores between 10:00 - 20:00. The order will be ready for collection within the next day after your purchase. Please wait for the 'ORDER COLLECTION NOTIFICATION' email to inform you that the order is ready for collection before travelling to the collection point. (Due to high demand, allow longer order preparation lead time.) After getting your order ready for pick-up notification through email confirm pick-up, please pick up your order within 1-3 days.
IKEA Phuket: Free of charge
Pick-up at IKEA Phuket is available every day between 10:00 - 21:00. After getting your order ready for pick-up notification through SMS, please pick up your order within 1-3 days.
IKEA Chiang Mai: Free of charge
Pick-up at IKEA Chiang Mai is available every day between 11:00 - 19:00. After getting your order ready for pick-up notification through SMS, please pick up your order within 1-3 days.
