Dear IKEA Customers, Due to the flooding situation, delivery of products may be delayed in certain areas, including Nakhon Si Thammarat, Surat Thani, Songkhla, Phatthalung, and Trang. Delivery Pricing:

Standard deliveries start at 290 THB, depending on your location. This price includes processing, picking, handling, packing, and delivery of your order.

We offer delivery services 7 days a week, although availability may vary based on your location, order time, and chosen delivery option. If you anticipate access issues during weekdays, evenings, weekends, or public holidays, we recommend avoiding those time slots.

Standard Delivery:

Delivery dates can typically be booked within 7 working days from your order date (online or in-store), subject to time slot availability. During peak seasons, delivery lead times may be longer due to high order volumes.

Areas Not Covered:

Narathiwat, Pattani, Yala, Ko Sichang (Chonburi), Ko Yao (Phangnga), Ko Kut (Trat), Ko Tao (Surat Thani), Ko Phi Phi (Krabi).
Delivery Timeframes

Bangkok and Surrounding Areas: Delivery within 1–7 days.

Other Provinces: Delivery within 3–14 days, depending on available time slots.

Important Note: During major holiday seasons (such as New Year and Songkran), please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing due to high order volumes.

If Your Delivery Is Delayed

If your delivery is running behind schedule, the first step is to check the SMS notifications you received from our delivery partner. These messages often include updates and contact details.

You can reach out directly to the delivery partner to confirm your estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Driver Waiting Policy

Delivery drivers can wait for up to 15–20 minutes. If this time limit is exceeded, the delivery will be marked as failed, and any re-delivery attempt will incur a re-attendance fee.
Access Requirements

Please ensure you have obtained any necessary entry permits for condominiums or gated residences. If our delivery team cannot access your property, re-delivery charges will apply.

Special Considerations

For furniture or large deliveries, inform us of any restrictions related to parking, timing, or assembly. If you live in an apartment or condominium, please share details about parking availability, time restrictions, or assembly limitations.

Prepare Your Space

Before delivery, confirm that there is a safe and clear path to your chosen room, including hallways, staircases, and elevators.

If the product cannot fit or be delivered safely to your preferred room, the delivery team will place your items in an alternate room at the same address, or on your covered porch, garage, or doorstep.

Receiving Your Delivery

You or a representative (18 years or older) must be present during the agreed delivery time window. If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Inspect Your Items

Check your items upon delivery for visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items. Note any issues immediately on the delivery receipt.

If you accept delivery without noting visible defects, we may not be able to offer replacements or refunds.For issues discovered after unpacking (missing, damaged, or incorrect pieces), contact IKEA within 48 hours. For other concerns, refer to our Return Policy.

Additional Delivery Conditions

If there is no lift, or packages cannot fit in the lift:

An additional fee of 50 THB per bulky item per floor will apply starting from the 5th floor.

Delivery service is available up to the 8th floor maximum.

Parcel

IKEA uses third-party vendors (“Parcel Carriers”) to perform parcel deliveries. By selecting the parcel shipping option at check-out, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact information, transmitted to Parcel Carriers.

Parcel Delivery Rates (Online Purchases Only)

Purchases 1 – 2,499 THB: 99 THB per order*

Purchases 2,500 – 4,999 THB: 49 THB per order*

Purchases 5,000 THB and above: Free delivery*

*Order up to a weight of 25 kg and a maximum length per item of 1.5 meters or a total volume of up to 76 litres.
Estimated Delivery Date

You will see an estimated delivery date in your shopping cart before checkout. Please note that this date is not guaranteed. It is calculated based on order processing time and transit time. Delivery to some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to your postal code or other circumstances beyond our control.

Buy online and choose to pick it up at the following location

IKEA Bangna, IKEA Bang Yai and IKEA Sukhumvit: Free of charge
Pick up in stores between 10:00 - 20:00. The order will be ready for collection within the next day after your purchase. Please wait for the 'ORDER COLLECTION NOTIFICATION' email to inform you that the order is ready for collection before travelling to the collection point. (Due to high demand, allow longer order preparation lead time.) After getting your order ready for pick-up notification through email, confirm pick-up. Please pick up your order within 1-3 days.
IKEA Phuket: Free of charge
Pick-up at IKEA Phuket is available every day between 10:00 - 21:00. After getting your order ready for pick-up notification through SMS, please pick up your order within 1-3 days.
IKEA Chiang Mai: Free of charge
