It’s OK to change your mind - whether you shop online or in-store. We believe everyone should be able to try our products at home. The IKEA 365-day return policy allows you to return your purchase with the original receipt for a full refund.*
*IKEA reserves the right to refund when the exchange and return policy is fulfilled.
There are just three key things to remember when making a return to us.
- Original receipt as proof of purchase is required.
- Make sure your returned items are within 365 days of the purchase date.
