- Customers must request the e-Tax Invoice through the portal provided by IKEA within 30 days of the purchase transaction date. Requests are not allowed after this period.
- Corrections or amendments to details, including name or address, are allowed only 1 time within 30 days of purchase. However, amendments to the tax identification number are not allowed.
- For information on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for the issuance of e-Tax Invoices, customers can refer to the Personal Data Protection Notice provided as terms and conditions in the portal.
- If the original receipt is lost, customers will not be able to request an e-Tax Invoice.
