- This promotion is for all customers who purchase through in-store checkout and is valid for purchases made from 15 January 2026 – 1 March 2026, while stocks last.
- To qualify for the promotion, customers have to spend a minimum of 10,000 THB on PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobe solutions in a single receipt. For every 10,000 THB spent, the customer will receive a 1,000 THB IKEA gift card. The redeemed gift card can be used on the next in-store purchase. No split transaction is allowed for gift card redemption.
- PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobe solutions refer to PAX frames, doors, KOMPLEMENT interior organisers, doors, knobs/handles, and integrated lighting. Services such as picking, delivery, and assembly are not included in the promotion.
- For in-store purchases, customers need to present the original purchase receipt at the Exchange & Returns Counter located in the Customer Service area for gift card redemption. Only original receipts from the checkouts may be accepted. Other proofs of purchase, such as a credit card slip or a photocopy of a receipt, will not be accepted. The last date of gift card redemption for in-store purchase is 1 March 2026.
- For online purchases, upon successful delivery of the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email within 5 days. The last date of gift card redemption for online purchase is 31 March 2026.
- The redeemed IKEA gift card is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue and can only be used at the stores. The redeemed gift card cannot be used for online purchase.
- The IKEA gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
- In the event that the customer returns any PAX/KOMPLEMENT products from the qualifying purchase, resulting in a shortfall of the minimum spending requirement, IKEA reserves the right to withdraw the gift card and deduct any used value from the refund amount or disqualify the redemption.

- Customers who purchase PAX wardrobe, book delivery and/or assembly service at the Delivery counter, and make a payment are eligible for 1,000 THB discount per box up installation. *Excludes Box Up Prices.
- If you already have PAX wardrobe at home, you can use PAX box up installation service with 1,000 THB discount within the promotion period.
- The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for an IKEA gift card.
- 365 Day Return policy and PAX guarantee apply.
- Box up installation service comes with a warranty of one year.
