Complete business interior design in three steps
Needs analysis, planning and visualization are three important pillars of every project.
Needs analysis
At IKEA we always want to understand how each company works, what needs there are and how working methods affect everyday life. The choice of interior design should reflect the company and its activities and work with other interior design so that the whole is appealing and long-lasting.
We do a detailed needs analysis where we look at priorities, ergonomics and functions, sound and light and other relevant conditions. Together we map out how you work today, what works well and what you want to change. We compile the analysis and after your approval we begin planning.
Planning
In this phase, the needs analysis becomes a concrete interior design proposal. Our corporate interior designers tailor interior design that strengthens the identity and contributes to the company's goals, whether it's about working smarter, making guests feel comfortable or creating motivation among employees.
Function: By working with different functions in the room, we enable different ways of working and activities. With furniture and lighting, we can open up, divide, say welcome, strengthen messages and create community.
Design: We work with color, shape and materials that create atmosphere, arouse emotions and enhance functions. We add plants and interior accessories that create comfort and emphasize the overall impression.
Visualization and presentation
The planning is complete and we have a complete interior design solution to present. We describe in detail how we have solved needs and satisfied wishes. We visualize design and functions through 3D sketches, floor plans and lighting plans. We go through everything together and then make any adjustments and create detailed drawings that simplify implementation.
- Moodboard: Visualization of how the company will be experienced and felt. Includes, for example, color, shape and material.
- Floor plan: Drawing of the premises from above with a furniture scheme.
- Perspective drawing: Realistic 3D image of the room.
- Light plan: Clear overview of how the different light sources will be used.
- Craft drawings: Detailed descriptions that facilitate implementation.
- Product collage: Suggested products for each area.
- Product list: A detailed list of all products included in the proposal.
- Tips & Ideas: Some well-chosen tips that help make the interior design solution even more well-thought-out

Additional service - styling
Make it easy and move into completely finished premises. Add the "styling" service, and our interior designers will ensure that everything is as per the drawing and add the final details to make everything complete and ready to move in.

Office planning – up to 50 m²
Do you need help with a slightly simpler furnishing proposal for your office?
Get interior design suggestions and ergonomic tips for a fixed price, tailored to your needs. We recommend products and also help you with ordering and booking any additional services.
Price: 1995:- excl. VAT and products

- Project startup meeting: We start with a digital project startup meeting.
- Furnishing proposal: We draw up a furnishing proposal that includes a floor plan and a complete product list.
- Ordering: We arrange ordering and booking of other services, such as delivery and assembly.
Office planning conditions
- The planning only concerns offices at a professional workplace and does not include home offices.
- The area may be a maximum of 50 m2.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the dimensions are correct.
