Can I buy LED bulbs for all lamps in the IKEA lighting range?
Yes, it is possible to use LED bulbs for all our lamps. Since 1 September 2015, the entire IKEA lighting range consists of 100% LED lamps.
IKEA wants to be a responsible company and sustainability permeates everything we do. Since LEDs consume 85% less energy compared to conventional incandescent bulbs and can last up to 25 times longer, we want to inspire and empower our customers to save energy and money, as well as reduce their carbon emissions.
IKEA has a wide range of both high-quality and affordable LED bulbs that are suitable for those lamps whose lamps bulbs are sold separately. This means that lamps with built-in LEDs do not have light sources that can be purchased.
We have LED lights in three price ranges:
- LUNNOM has 10 times longer lifespan than incandescent bulbs.
- SOLHETTA lasts up to 20 times longer than traditional bulbs.
- KAJPLATS lasts up to 20 times longer than traditional light bulbs.
On the product page and on the packaging of the lamp, you can see what properties your lamp has.
