Why haven't my points registered yet?

Your points are automatically registered when you identify yourself as an IKEA Family member on a placed order, in-store purchase or by logging into your online profile. For orders with a delivery or service, for example an assembly service or removal service, the points will be registered after the delivery or service is completed. Note that it can take up to 48 hours for the points to appear on your profile after you have completed a purchase or interaction.

You can see your total amount of points by logging in to your IKEA Family profile on IKEA.se/en or in the IKEA app.

To see more information, click the button "History", which is available in your profile.
