Why haven't my points registered yet?

Your points are automatically registered when you identify yourself as an IKEA Family member on a placed order, in-store purchase or by logging into your online profile. For orders with a delivery or service, for example an assembly service or removal service, the points will be registered after the delivery or service is completed. Note that it can take up to 48 hours for the points to appear on your profile after you have completed a purchase or interaction.

When you shop as an IKEA Family member, your points are registered automatically, whether you make your purchase in the store or online. All you need to do is identify yourself as a member at the time of purchase, or be logged in to your profile when shopping on IKEA.se or in the IKEA app.
If your purchase includes a delivery or a service, such as assembly or removal, your points are registered only once the service has been completed. This means the points will not appear immediately after the purchase, but only when the entire order has been fulfilled.
After the purchase, delivery or service has been completed, it may take up to 48 hours for the points to appear on your IKEA Family profile. This is completely normal and simply means the system needs time to update all parts of the order process.
You can view your current points by logging in to your IKEA Family profile on IKEA.se or in the IKEA app.
