Can I book several meetings for free for my company?
We offer several types of free meetings, such as help with business interior design and smaller planning meetings for different rooms.
If you are a business customer and a member of IKEA Business Network, you have access to one free session with an interior designer, where you get a one‑hour consultation. If you want to take your project further after the consultation, our business specialist can help you take a closer look at the price estimate. We also offer office planning for 1,995 SEK with a simple furnishing proposal. If you want more extensive interior design support, we recommend booking an appointment with a business interior designer – read more about what’s included and how it works on We furnish your business – IKEA.
If you are looking for planning support for a specific area, such as a wardrobe or a kitchen, you can book this free of charge. A time slot is reserved where we either create a design from scratch or confirm your design and prepare a quotation and order. These meetings are available both in‑store and online, and you can book your appointment on our page for planning services booking.
Please note that made‑to‑measure products can only be ordered with the help of one of our co‑workers, as they are not covered by our return policy.
