What is a validation?
A validation is an extra security check of your kitchen drawing before you order. Once you have drawn your kitchen in Kitchen Planner and submitted the drawing for validation, it is reviewed by a kitchen specialist who will make sure that everything follows our planning rules and that the kitchen is complete and functioning properly.
As a customer, this means that you get a professional double check that your solution works with your designed space, that cabinets and appliances fit together and that the kitchen can be installed correctly without avoidable errors, missing items or unnecessary returns.
You will always be contacted via phone to go through the drawing together. If everything looks good, you can proceed with the order right away. If there are questions, deviations or a need for adjustments, you will get help to book a meeting where you will get help to develop the solution further.
