How do I pay as a business customer?
With us, you can choose to pay using VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, prepayment invoice, or Business Invoice with IKEA as the credit provider.
If you're shopping online, make sure you're logged into your account before proceeding to payment. To make purchases using Business Invoice online, in-store, via email, or by phone, you must always provide your card number.
If you want to check your card balance or request a credit increase, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll assist you! You can also use a prepayment invoice for larger purchases or if you have limited or no credit availability. Speak to a sales representative in the business department at the store, and they will help you place an order to be paid via prepayment invoice.
