What is a planning studio?
IKEA Planning studio is dedicated to kitchen, bedroom, living room & bathroom projects, our planners will help you to design your dream kitchen/room. All you need to do is book a measurement & planning appointment with one of our expert planners, to give you all the support you need. You can also buy other products which are not displayed in the planning studio, our expert planners can assist you with placing the orders.
Can I pick up products & take them home with me?
Unfortunately, there are no products that you can pick up from the planning studios, but we can help you with planning and preparing your order list and have products delivered & assembled directly in your home.
What services can I book from the studio?
We can help you to book kitchen measurements or planning appointments for your kitchen, bedroom, living room & bathroom.
What services do you offer in the planning studio?
There are some differences between the services available in a planning studio and a traditional store. We offer one-to-one planning appointments, as well we offer measurement services, delivery, assembly, and installation (additional fees apply).
What kind of payment do we accept in the studio?
We will only accept card payments in the studio such as debit cards, credit cards, gift cards, and IKEA vouchers.
Do I need an appointment to visit the planning studio?
We encourage everyone to visit our Planning Studio whether you have an appointment or not. Depending on the availability of our planners we can also sign customers up for the next available appointment. Please book by clicking here
Can I return/exchange items?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 365 days of purchase to the IKEA Riyadh store and IKEA Planning studio, Tahlia branch.
What products can I return to IKEA Planning studio?
You can return products purchased from IKEA Planning studio to the same branch. You can also return them to IKEA stores in Riyadh.
Unfortunately, products that were purchased from the stores cannot be returned to IKEA Planning studios. Currently, the return service is only available at IKEA Planning studio, Tahlia branch.
I would like to change my scheduled appointment for kitchen measurement or planning?
You may reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment date. All you need to do is contact the IKEA Customer care center at 8003040098, or visit the studio or store. The rescheduling is allowed for one time only
I cannot come to the studio to perform my planning service, what other options do you have?
Currently, we are also providing online planning services for our customers who cannot visit our stores or planning studio. All you need is a steady internet connection and a laptop to plan your dream kitchen/room with our expert planners.
How can I book my planning appointment?
There are multiple ways you can book your planning appointment, you can either book your appointment through the IKEA website, contact IKEA Customer Care Center at 8003040098 or visit the studio to book an appointment. Prerequisite for kitchen planning is to have the kitchen measurement completed by IKEA.
