Terms & Conditions of the Free Voucher campaign

  1. Issue duration: 5th of September of 2025 until 23rd of September, 2025
  2. Redemption duration: 1st of October of 2025 until Oct 31, 2025
  3. Location: All IKEA Saudi Arabian stores, Order and collection points, Planning studio, and online shop. 
  4. Vouchers will be sent via WhatsApp.
  5. Minimum order value: SAR 500 and above.
  6. Maximum voucher value SAR 1000.
  7. The voucher campaign is not applicable on the following for AS-IS items, IKEA Gift cards or when using voucher purchases, IKEA business-to-business customers, IKEA services, Livspace, IKEA food products.
  8. This offer cannot be combined with gift vouchers, coupons, or any other promotion code
  9. Offer applies on all products excluding purchases made through IKEA food or outlet products or AS IS items, or IKEA Family products and Service fees.
  10. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender.
  11. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost/stolen/damaged and only the original voucher will be accepted for redemption.
  12. Vouchers can be redeemed at the store in any IKEA store in Saudi Arabia and online shopping purchases.
  13. If a full or partial refund/exchange is made against a transaction in which a voucher has been issued or redeemed, then IKEA reserves the right to cancel the voucher value or deduct the amount used from the voucher from the total order.
  14. We reserve the right to revoke the voucher if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or improper use. You agree that you will not use a revoked voucher.
  15. The voucher is issued by IKEA Saudi Arabia, which reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the promotion at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this program. Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.
  16. IKEA Saudi Arabia will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the promotion beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
  17. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
