IKEA Family voucher terms and conditions

  1. Single Use: The coupon can be used only once.
  2. Eligibility: The coupon is valid only for the mobile number registered in the customer’s Profile to whom the coupon was issued. The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone else.
  3. Validity: After the coupon expires, it will no longer be valid and cannot be reactivated. Any remaining balance will be automatically cancelled without compensation.
  4. Returns: If the customer returns a product purchased using the coupon, IKEA’s return policy will apply. Only the net amount paid after deducting the coupon value will be refunded. The coupon value will not be reimbursed.
  5. Combination with Other Offers: The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discount coupons.
  6. Discount Rate: The discount provided through the coupon is 10% of the total eligible purchase amount, according to the stated terms and conditions.
  7. Right to Cancel: IKEA reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change the terms and conditions of the coupon at any time without prior notice, in accordance with company policy.
  8. Locations: The coupon can be used at all IKEA stores in Saudi Arabia, as well as on the IKEA website and app, excluding the restaurant, café, Swedish Food Market, “As-Is” products, and all services which are excluded from this offer.
  9. Usage Limitations: The coupon applies only to the product(s) included in the designated product group within the offer and is not valid for any other products.
  10. Non-Convertible: The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with any other form of value.
  11. The customer must register in advance on the IKEA app no later than 30/06/2025 to receive the coupon and benefit from the offer.
  12. The coupon is exclusively for customers who register early in the program.
  13. The coupon will be sent to the customer by IKEA after completing full registration in the “IKEA Family” program.
  14. The voucher will only be issued if you sign up using the same mobile number to which the invitation was sent.
  15. By signing up, you consent to receiving the voucher via email by default.
