Cooking is way more fun when cutting chillies, not fingers. Our kitchen knives are shaped to give you a good grip while being comfortable to use. They keep their edges for a long time – but we have easy to use sharpening tools and chopping boards when needed. Buy kitchen knives online.

We prefer to cut fruit, not corners.

One of the secrets behind the strength of VARDAGEN cook’s knife is spelled molybdenum/vanadium. That’s the type of stainless steel we use, and it’s a strong one. But there’s more to the story. The main reason why VARDAGEN is so sharp, and stays sharp for a long time, is how we treat and harden the metal. Exactly how that is done is a bit of a secret – but the end result isn’t.
