How do I submit a kitchen Guarantee claim?

If you are experiencing issues with your kitchen products, please contact us with the details of your purchase.

We can process claims for METOD and KNOXHULT kitchens purchased in New Zealand. If your kitchen was purchased in another country, please contact IKEA in that country directly.
To submit a claim for your New Zealand purchase, please have the following ready:
  • Photos of your kitchen: close-up of the issue, the full product, and your entire kitchen.
  • Address where the kitchen is installed.
  • Receipts for your IKEA kitchen, including proof of purchase, returns, or exchanges. If any receipts are missing, provide your bank details so we can search our archives.
Once submitted, we’ll provide a case number and outline the next steps.
