How do I submit a kitchen Guarantee claim?
If you are experiencing issues with your kitchen products, please contact us with the details of your purchase.
- Photos of your kitchen: close-up of the issue, the full product, and your entire kitchen.
- Address where the kitchen is installed.
- Receipts for your IKEA kitchen, including proof of purchase, returns, or exchanges. If any receipts are missing, provide your bank details so we can search our archives.
