What can I do if my product is out of Guarantee?

For products not covered under an extended guarantee, our team can assess the product and issue you are experiencing.

If you have an appliance that is outside of the guarantee period, but you are experiencing issues with it, we can submit an out-of-guarantee service request for you however there will be charges to you for any labour and repairs.
