Where can I use an IKEA Family reward?

You can use your points to choose from the rewards available based on how many points you've accumulated.

To use the reward, you must be logged in with your IKEA Family account before making the purchase.

You can use product rewards online, in-store, or when you contact us. While food rewards are only valid at the store in our restaurants and bistros.

You can collect points online and in-stores, then use the points for a reward of your choice.

Points are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Rewards are automatically unlocked once you have accumulated enough points.
